Draw Tight Suture-Based Anchors

Draw Tight Suture-Based Anchors are designed with a Parcus PEEK Power Tip to deliver improved insertion and a solid core for stronger fixation. They incorporate a set of Parcus Braid high strength deployment sutures that provide surgeons with a tactile confirmation the anchor has been successfully deployed.

PEEK CF Push-In Suture Anchors

Made of carbon fiber-reinforced PEEK-OPTIMA, PEEK CF Push-In Suture Anchors are non-absorbable, radiolucent, and MR safe with a modulus of elasticity closely matching cortical bone.

Ideal for knotted fixation for shoulder instability or foot & ankle.

Knotless PEEK CF Push-In Suture Anchors

Knotless PEEK CF Push-In Suture Anchors provide a step-saving alternative to conventional "knotted" suture anchors and eliminate the "knot stacks" that can be associated with soft tissue irritation or impingement.

Made of carbon fiber-reinforced PEEK-OPTIMA, Knotless PEEK CF Push-In Suture Anchors are non-absorbable, radiolucent, and MR safe with a modulus of elasticity closely matching cortical bone.

Knotless PEEK CF Push-In Suture Anchors provide a step-saving alternative to conventional “knotted” suture anchors and eliminate the “knot stacks” that can be associated with soft tissue irritation and impingement. Made of carbon fiber-reinforced PEEK-OPTIMA™, Knotless PEEK CF Push-In Suture Anchors are non-absorbable, radiolucent, and MR safe with a modulus of elasticity closely matching cortical bone.

Extended length instrumentation is intended to optimize access to the hip.

Twist & Triple Twist PEEK Screw-In Suture Anchors

Twist & Triple Twist PEEK Screw-In Suture Anchors combine the strength of fully-threaded screw-in design with the image artifact reduction of PEEK-OPTIMA Natural material. Because the threads continue along the full length of the anchor, they provide strong cortical fixation and reduce the risk of "pull-back."

Made of PEEK-OPTIMA Natural, Twist PEEK Screw-In Suture Anchors are non-absorbable, radiolucent, and MR safe.

Parcus Braid

Comprised of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), the Parcus Braid family of non-absorbable suture products are designed to meet the demands of the orthopedic surgeon.

Parcus Braid high strength suture is supplied in a variety of color combinations to help with suture management in complicated repairs. It is available in various needle and packaging options to address the requirements of open and arthroscopic surgical procedures.

Shoulder Instrumentation

Precise preparation of implant sites is critical to assuring excellent anchor performance. Parcus Shoulder Instrumentation provides the precision and ease of use that builds confidence with reproducible outcomes. The material selection and color coding of many of our most commonly used instruments is designed to reduce costs by providing a clear and easy method for surgical staff to recognize related devices. This has been found to be extremely helpful in the low-light situations experienced in the operating room during many arthroscopic surgeries.

GFS Ultimate

The GFS Ultimate is a top-of-the-line suspensory fixation device that combines the convenience of adjustability with the strength and stiffness of conventional fixed length loop devices. The proprietary Parcus design consists of an UHMWPE loop that is infinitely adjustable between 12mm and 60mm allowing it to fit in virtually any length tunnel. The loop comes affixed with a choice of either standard or large titanium buttons. Button size allows a choice to utilize conventional stepped femoral tunnels or a single diameter femoral tunnel often necessary in revision procedures. Either choice provides the strength and stiffness required for successful ACL and PCL reconstruction.

The system does not require adopting a new surgical technique or additional instrumentation. In fact, GFS Ultimate can be used with transtibial and anterio-medial approaches, with outside-in instrumentation and reverse cutting tunnel instrumentation. In addition to its strong performance, the GFS Ultimate helps reduce inventory and simplifies the surgical procedure making it the ultimate value.

GFS Mini

The GFS Mini is provided with a braided high strength (UHWMPE) suture loop that is available in ten lengths from 12mm to 55mm. The UHWMPE loop is stronger and stiffer than polyethylene loops used by other manufacturers. It is pre-loaded with a color coded pulling suture and flipping suture, also made from UHMWPE.


The smaller button size, 12mm in length, requires a conventional stepped tunnel technique. Parcus Graft Fixation Systems are indicated for use in the fixation of ligament or tendon repairs.

GFS II

The GFS II is provided with a braided high strength suture loop (UHMWPE) that is available in eight lengths from 12mm to 45mm. The UHWMPE loop is stronger and stiffer than polyethylene loops used by other manufacturers. It is pre-loaded with a color coded pulling suture and flipping suture, also made from UHMWPE.


The GFS II button is 16.5mm in length which can eliminate the stepped tunnel technique required by smaller buttons. It is an excellent choice for bailout or revision surgeries. Parcus Graft Fixation Systems are indicated for use in the fixation of ligament or tendon repairs.

GFS Naked

The GFS Naked is designed to be adaptable to the needs of the surgeon, replacing the fixed loop with opportunity for a wider variety of fixation lengths. Just add Parcus Braid™ Suture or Suture Tape.

PEEK CF Interference Screws

Parcus was the first to combine the strength of carbon fiber-reinforced PEEK-OPTIMA with a proven fully-threaded profile to optimize fixation. A rounded edge was added to protect soft tissue grafts. A unique cannulated tapered square driver provides a positive driver-to-screw interface that distributes insertion torque and eliminates "driver capture" that often occurs with other polymer implants.

PEEK CF Interference screws are naturally lubricious, helping to minimize "graft clocking" experienced with other polymers. PEEK CF Interference Screws are non-absorbable and radiolucent with a modulus of elasticity closely matching cortical bone.
